Having run the Total Motivation Show 2006 alongside the Employee Benefits Exhibition & Conference in an adjacent hall at the Business Design Centre it has been decided to fully incorporate it within the Employee Benefits event.
The growing importance of employee motivation makes this a logical move. Of the visitors to the Total Motivation Show, 70% had responsibility for staff motivation and 38% of Employee Benefits visitors had responsibility for motivation and incentive schemes. The fact that motivation specialists will be in the same hall as benefits providers will provide a better show for the 1600 plus visitors.
